1. Introduction

This website https://law-vjs.hr/ (hereinafter: Service) is owned and managed by Attorney Višnja Ježić Sorić, Zagreb, Trg kralja Petra Svačića 16.

Attorney Višnja Ježić Sorić, Zagreb, Trg kralja Petra Svačića 16 (hereinafter: Attorney), as the manager of personal data processing, undertakes to ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

By using the Attorney’s website and all associated pages and services, it is considered that users are familiar with this privacy policy at all times and that they fully understand and accept it.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service and the choices you have regarding that information.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with these policies.

The Attorney can process your Personal Data because:

• We have to perform the contract with you.
• You have given us permission to do so.
• The processing is in our legitimate interest and your rights do not exceed it.
• For the purposes of establishing contact.
• To comply with the law.

The Attorney will keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

a) Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Attorney may be required to disclose your Personal Information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. court, state authorities, government agencies).

The Attorney may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for:

• Fulfilment of legal obligations
• Protection and defence of rights
• Preventing or investigating possible irregularities in connection with the Service

• The right to withdraw consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where the Attorney has relied on your consent to process your personal information. 

Please note that we may ask you to confirm your identity before we respond to such requests.

You have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority regarding our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA). 

4. Service providers

We may engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform services related to the Service, or to help analyze how our Service is used.
